The culmination of several years of performances (some using the title Electronic Meditations), this was originally a cassette release in 1983. Music For "A Woman's Room" was composed for a modern dance piece (recorded at home). Improvisation 3/26/82 was recorded live at Canterbury Loft, Ann Arbor, MI. Amazing Grace features fuzz guitar & synthesizer drone subbing for bagpipes: recorded live on 4/18/82 at Canterbury Loft, Ann Arbor, MI.

Street Scenes I was the first of a series of pieces utilizing location recordings. It incorporates recordings made on the Diag at the University of Michigan. Live recording 4/18/82 at Canterbury Loft, Ann Arbor, MI. Mirrors is a home recording made for this album, featuring tape-delay.
